I like the cut out - very dynamic pose, strong female character. She is focused on her target - :) thats how you shoot an arrow. Pose also looks realistic  :)!

but there is a but. I am an archer myself thus it allways bugs me to find flaws in paintings.  1. long loose hair and bowstring: never ever - it will hurt a lot once just one hair gets around the string. 2. arrow goes behind the bowarms (thus is not seen) - usually on a carrier or she needs a glove (feathers flying in speed over your hand will burn). 3. archers never touch the feathers drawing, they draw the bow-string back - either with all fingers below the noch-point of the arrow or a few have them between the fingers but try not to touch the arrow (as touching may add a twich to the flight) + they wear a glove. (your fingers will turn numb & it hurts without protection; you use 3 or 4 fingers to draw)
4. Not a too strong issue: she may have an anchor point (like the chin, lip) for better aiming, but as she is riding, I guess it is difficult to get it work. (never tried it on horseback)

Achery on horses: usually they use smaller, strongly recurved bows no longbow-type (which is how your bow looks like). The horse-recurve is smaller but the curvature adds a lot of power thus they are as strong as other bow-types can be. :) references: hungarian/magyar-, skytian- or mongolian bows
